I have sensitive skin. Is it safe for me?
When in doubt, test a small area for reaction before use. Some sensitive users may react to certain essential oils. Though all our products are non-comedogenic, for those with delicate skin we recommend The Purist Serum.
How can oil be for all skin types?
Our proprietary formulas are all non-comedogenic and can help control and balance the production of oil to keep your skin smooth AND clear. If you are subject to breakouts from new products you may want to try a test patch first. We have had many success stories from a variety of skin types.
Can you use it under the eyes?
The Purist Delicate Skin Serum is very effective under the eyes. Use a small amount and take care not to get into the eyes.
I noticed there are nut oils in the ingredients. Should I be concerned about nut allergies?
Though the nut oils used are not highly allergenic, please contact your physician before use if you have any concerns.
Why do the Precautions say for adult use only?
Our products are formulated for adults; essential oil levels may differ for infants and small children.
How is it possible to cleanse with oil?
Alongside actively renewing your complexion, the antioxidant-rich oils effectively remove dirt, debris, and makeup without disrupting essential protective layers of the skin. Your skin will feel both clean and quenched. Finish your cleansing ritual with a few drops of nourishing Alpine Phytonutrient Serum or The Purist Delicate Skin Serum.
Does it contain sunscreen?
No. TellurideGlow products do not contain sunscreen nor protect from the sun.
How long will a bottle last?
The serums are waterless and concentrated so a little goes a long way!
Each 30ml bottle contains 120 applications.
Here’s the math based on application frequency:
Apply once a day = 120 days / 3 months of glowing skin
Apply twice a day = 60 days / 2 months of glowing skin
We generally recommend applying twice a day, once in the AM and once in the PM before bed.
Your usage may change based on your skin health, hydration levels, the season of the year, and the climate you’re in.
Customers in humid climates like Texas or Florida may feel they need only apply once a day.
Those in drier climates like Colorado or California may benefit from more frequent applications to help replenish moisture levels and fortify skin against the elements.
When does it expire?
You can expect freshness for 12 months from the date you open the bottle, though the shelf life may be longer. The shelf life before opening has been laboratory tested to exceed three years. Do not expose to heat and light. The high level of natural vitamin E, cold-pressed from sunflowers, naturally extends shelf life as well as contributes to antioxidant protection.
