We hope you adore your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied, we have a 45 day no-risk return policy. Purchases made at our online store can be returned within 45 days from the purchase date. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Purchases at independent retail shops will fall under that particular retailer’s return policy. Shipping to our facility for returns is the responsibility of the client. Please get in touch at email@example.com to discuss a return. If an item was received damaged or broken, or an incorrect item was received, please contact us upon receipt for a replacement.
Once you receive your order confirmation email, we are unable to update or make changes to your order.
All orders are shipped via FedEx. You will have a choice of either FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Express at check-out. Store purchases will arrive FedEx Ground.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within two days of receipt.
